Auction Wining rights on ebay?

I won a car on ebay, then seller pretends as if i have picked the car and left me a feedback. I want to take this to a legal court of law to sue him of not meeting the contract, what is the way to go about it, the reason i want to do this its because i hired a car to pick it up meaning all the cost i paid, got cancelled with no refund. Thanx

Report it to eBay.

Go down to your local court and tell them you want to sue also report him to ebay they can probably get him banned and get you a refund
