I met somebody in a membership, I quit with that individual...when visited his home and choose to have intercourse...i change my mind so we-didn't have sexual intercouse, but rather, enjecated on my belly. I became annoyed and visited law enforcement stop...Was the correct move to make. Today I've destroyed this individual existence locally and with household...May i change my mind about pressing charges. I did so acknowledge he might get it done on my belly. I simply was angry, since he explained he was married.

From a actual sexual assualt victim you ought to be ashamed of yourself!!! Since u were angry u destroyed a people living? u think thats right? how could u feel/behave if somebody implicated u in a crime u did not devote? Women like u allow it to be difficult for actual patients in the future forward cause they truly are concerned people don't think them. tell the reality and consider wat actually comes ur way such as for instance a "ladies".

You told the police he committed a felony. They don't need your permission to proceed to charge him on the basis of your claim.

Quoting allboyd

How can they charge him if i agreed to have sex and he could conduct a sex act on me.

They have charged him because you lied to them.

You should probably consult a criminal defense lawyer, in relation to how to extricate yourself and your victim from this situation with the least amount of damage to either of you.
