The fact that you generalize so much makes you lose all credibility and you are obviously mad at the world because now that you realize your government is made up of people and not gods sent from the heavens, you now realize that they have been lying and are not going to hold your hand throughout life, so your probably mad at people you don't even know because they have what you want.

Oh and Newt is an idiot and a liar...but you are too.

Wow, yet it is the Liberals who always make everything based on race. All Gingrich was saying was allow some of the poor students empty trash cans and sweep the floors to earn some spending money while in High School. How is that any different then having your own child clean house?

Then again, the liberals now want to make it practically illegal for farm children to help on the farm even though children have been doing this for well over 7,000 years.

Some of the best summer jobs teenagers got back in the day was maintaining the schools, ball fields, and school related equipment.

And Newt is right, kids took pride in working

a.) in the community
b.) on places they spent time in and around for years
c.) knowing first hand what the problems were
d.) being paid better than minimum wage
e.) being able to save for college or a car

They were very competitive jobs to obtain and anyone who received one was thrilled to have a job.

I have no idea what the hell your question is. I think it's more of a rant than anything else. I'm pretty sure that rich white kids don't work very much as a general rule. Certainly the Hollywood rich kids don't. Thanks though for one of the most confusing questions I've seen on Y/A today.

Let me get this straight. Are you in favor of young people NOT learning work skills and the concepts of 1) responsibility and 2) work = reward?
