Guarding Myself On The Solution

Guarding Myself On The Solution

Postby Meade » Wed Feb 05, 2014 6:02 am

I'm protecting myself in a seat-belt citation. Must I wait until my 1st court day to send myself as lawyer? Or should I contact them prior to ensure that I may obtain breakthrough early and ideally have the ability to set a fast test date to the 1st date. I understand it is nearly 100% the judge allows them a continuation so I was thinking I must simply wait and subsequently demand breakthrough. Can there be an application I complete detailing what i'd like to examine or do I simply write it down?
Thanks ahead of time

You're assumed to be addressing yourself-unless you employ lawyer. Just in case you do employ an attorney, you may do this orally if your attorney exists. Or even, the judge may have documents for you really to complete and share with your attorney.
Our word-of advice, simply spend the darn solution it. Could it be well worth your own time to combat a silly seat-belt violation?
