Gym Is Playing With Contract's

Postby Dentin » Fri Apr 25, 2014 7:02 am

adjuster jack: Did the 2nd agreement particularly rescind the very first agreement? Have there been terms within the second agreement stating "the very first agreement is rescinded and terminated"?
I dought it, it had been yet another fundamental agreement. How will you have 2 deals anyhow?
But remember, I terminated my account about the second closed 2 weekes following the first. I actually got my 0.00 associate vessel price back from my charge card company. after calling them-and informing them the situation.
I visited the site and also the one in my own city isnt listed.

Gym Is Playing With Contract's

Thanks for the quick response adjuster jack.

To answer your question "  How do you not get a copy of the contract when you sign it?"

The contract was filled out on the computer screen (electronic).  I assumed I would get a copy after signing but was told the printers werent working at that time. After signing I gave him my credit card. I was expecting him to bring me back my copy of contract, credit card and reciept, he only came back with the latter two. He told me the printers were down and come back tomorrow. I have been with this gym for years and had no reason to distrust this gym.

I have that copy now, they sent it to me when I asked for verification of thisas debt.

I know they can sue me but im sure they wont but Im sure they are going to ding my over 800 credit score. But I canceled my membership on the second copy. I am no laonger a member.

If they ding my credit, what do I do?

Thanks

Gym Is Playing With Contract's

sutallee:Is Not this illegitimate having fun with these agreements because they are?<br />
You mean just like a crime? <br />
No.<br />
This can be a municipal matter.<br />
sutallee:exactly what do I actually do about that?<br />
When they claim you borrowed from them cash and also you declare that you don't, they possibly prosecute you for this or you prosecute them-and persuade a judge that you simply do not owe it.<br />
Throughout the lawsuit procedure you will get a duplicate of the agreement throughout the finding stage of the lawsuit.<br />
But I gotta ask.<br />
How will you not obtain a backup of the agreement whenever you sign it?<br />
Appears to me that you've the document before you. One-hand retains the pencil, another retains the document. You signal. Then what? Some tips about whatis designed to occur. Keeping the document inside your palm, "I notice there's just one content of the agreement. Where's my copy?" "Oh, I'll send you a copy." "No cheers, I'll consider that one with me, create a copy, and return to complete enrolling."<br />
