H1b Transfer

Hi,

I have joined my company on May 6, 2008 and have been waiting since that time for a project but havent got one. I am getting a good offer from another company but I dont have any pay stubs from the current company. How do I proceed on Transfer??

Rajesh,

My firm has been successful in handling such cases. It is difficult to proceed without pay stubs but there are other ways to overcome this and show that you are an employee in valid status.
