Dealt with a malpractice case? What was needed to make your case? How long did it take to get to court on it?

Malpractice cases are notoriously difficult to prosecute because they rarely have any merit. Doctors are professional people, not "gods", and the world is an imperfect place...to win a malpractice suit you have to prove deliberate negligence or a pattern of making the same or similar errors in judgement...

Can you prove the doctor or hospital INTENDED to hurt someone?
