I was stopped at a routine traffic stop and I had this package of mad hatter and the "device" i was useing to smoke it with. They confiscated the Mad Hatter and gave me a field subriety test, which I passed. But I was charged with two criminal offenses and have court coming up. Not sure what to expect.This happened in a little town in Arkansas. Ive looked up their laws and restrictions for synthetic weed or "spice" however Mad Hatter says on the back of the package WHICH THEY HAVE that MADHATTER herbal blend does NOT CONTAIN any JWH 015, JWH 018, JWH 019, JWH 073, JWH 200, JWH 250, HU 210, CP 47, 497, CP 47, 497 (C8), STIMULANT BZP OR TEMPP. And when I looked up Arkansas' law on "K2" it listed that its basicly JWH 018....Which Mad Hatter DOES NOT contain... Could someone tell me what Im up against?
