Has anyone filed a lawsuit against suboxone? And if not, does anyone know how many people you need to start one?

I've been on suboxone for 3 years. I tried to stop taking the drug ,and did what i was instructed by my doctor to do. 4 months after stopping i was still going through some of the most severe withdrawal symptoms. I walked around messing myself,I couldn't eat so i lost 35-40 pounds, mild seizures, sweating so much i soaked my clothes in minutes and left an imprint whenever i sat. So i got back on the drug and my doctor says i most likely have brain damage and will have to be on it for the rest of my life.Unfortunatly suboxone also causes severe lower back pain,so its hard to sleep on it, then it takes hours in the morning for the pain to reach a tollerable level ,I cant do many physical tasks such as simple everyday chores. The drug also causes liver damage so it will have an effect on quality and length of life. Are there anymore cases like mine? And how does someone go about getting a large group of people like me together to start a class action lawsuit.

Well, yes. This is an opiate so it most definitely causes withdrawal symptoms. However, you were put on it because you were previously addicted to an even stronger opiate with even worse withdrawal symptoms so count your blessings.

You can't get brain damage from suboxone. Your doctor did not tell you that. Your doctor might have told you that your brain is fried from abusing drugs and it will be very difficult for you to stop using suboxone, but that's not the same thing as brain damage from using the drug itself.

Suboxone does not cause severe lower back pain. I don't know where you're getting that from.
