Have you heard- the term "illegal alien" is not constitutional?

"Illegal alien" is a legal term, just as "resident alien" is a legal term. "Illegal immigrant" is a meaningless mishmash of words since "immigrant", by definition, means someone that has submitted to the legal process of immigration. "Migrant" is the term that best describes the tens of millions of persons residing illegally inside the US, the EU and any other number of localities.

if you look into the dictionary for the word Alien you will see than it clearly says than an Alien is something from outer space or which doesn't belong , of course you could claim than the undocumented immigrants do not belong in the US , however the term Alien is so strong than when it is used it is assumed than an Alien is someone who doesn't even belong to the human race , and which might even be hostile to any actual person , and this is the very same reason why Hate groups use that word instead of more correct terminology such as undocumented immigrants , which reflects than the PERSON who is undocumented only lacks one thing and one thing only which of course would be documentation ... either way i do understand why some people might want to use the most offensive term they can find and pass it on as if it was correct terminology , i understand pretty well .

edit : i also would like to point out than i believe the term resident Alien is also incorrect as well .
