Help! What can I do to win this claim?

ok so on tue, March 22, I was on my way to work, pulled into the parking lot and got slammed into by another driver. After two days each of us only having liability insurance, their company decides my car is a total loss, I'm expecting the other driver's insurance to compensate me for her mistake, but now they're saying because it was in a parking lot (no strict traffic laws enforced) that it was my fault too.. the cop put the other vehicle at fault but they're trying their hardest to just leave me without a freaking car!!!!! My insurance says I really need to find a witness to win this claim, but I don't know of any!!! what do I do?! I'm so stressed out! How can i get t-boned, yet be blamed for this accident??
