my birthday is on january fourth and i was wondering if this is a cute outfit for it?

I think it will look really cute, I really like the tights! I would curl my hair if I was you, and as for the makeup, maybe what you usually wear, and just a tad bit more.

If it's short or past shoulders straighten it,
if it's really long do big curls almost waves

CUTE... I would wear curled hair and a brown smokey eye with a light pink lip.
