Hey, Crusader! A rather small issue, but still. I got a new $100 Panasonic phone. Great phone till the battery did not hold a charge. I sent it back for $10 and get a refurbished phone. All's great till battery don't hold the charge again. The expiration on the refurbished was 3 months. I have it for 4. What say you. Allen thanks

Panasonic used to make good cordless phones, which I presume is what you are referring to.  i have noticed that during the past year or so, their product has GREATLY deteriorated.  my boss bought two phones, both different batches, and both did not meet our expectations.

i would suggest you speak with a supervisor at Panasonic and explain the ongoing problem.  i am sure they will make good on it.

good luck to you.
