I believe you are the same person whose question I just answered.  If you do not have an employment contract, then you are probably an employee at will and can be terminated for any reason as long as it does not come under one of the protected classes, such as gender, race, national origin, age, disability, or religion.  You can read more about this at http://www.madufflaw.com/discrimination/  You may be able to find the answers to your questions and other questions at that website.

I will, however, try to answer your questions.

Your questions were as follows:

if an employer changes the time of my work shift am i entitled to a paid or unpaid leave of absence for(no)specific reason?

I can't imagine that you would be entitled to leave of absence because your shift was changed.

do i  ahve extra leniences and flexibility in rregards to  medical leave?

I can't imagine that you would have extra flexibility with regard to medical leave because your shift was changed.

how serious in general does  a medical condition ahve to be  to qualify for medical leave?

You would have to see your employment contract.  Without an employment contract or union membership, I do not believe you have any protection.

what are the federal and state laws about leave for medical reasons?

I do not know the answer to this question, and you should ask an employment law attorney.
