You don't need to give me your age, I can clearly tell what it is. With that said, CALM DOWN. Pouting and shouting about it won't make it any better.
Okay, lets tackle this one problem at a time, starting with the farrier. If your farrier is telling you this, you need to get rid of him. If your mom isn't contacting anybody, ask some riding friends for farriers or go to your local feed and/or tack shop and ask whoever is working there, they're bound to know someone to come in. If your farrier is telling you that you need shoes, he's wrong and is only using that for money. Ignore that if they tell you that and ask for a barefoot trim. In the meantime, while you wait for a farrier, contact your trainer or someone else who's an experienced owner. Often, these people will know how to rasp the horse's foot so it holds up until the farrier.
Next problem. Your parents are right, they should have someone with you at all times and you really shouldn't be blaming them or getting upset over things they can't control like injuries and work. It's childish and rude to blame them for this type of stuff. If your property is too small to ride in then it's too small for a horse. Use the pastures for riding. If you want to go out, calm up a friend and offer for them to take the other horse. Even if they can't ride, it might be a fun adventure to teach them and it would be fun for both of you to be able to go riding together.
If your parents are criticizing you and you don't like it, don't be afraid to let them know POLITELY. Just say that you have your own way of riding and they have theirs and your comfortable at the skill level you're at so it's not fair for them to tell you what you're doing wrong. Tell them that if they don't like how you ride, hire a coach!
