Check with your state bar association It's tough to know whom to suggest without knowing where you live or what exactly the misdiagnosis was, but if you search for your state bar association, they should list lots of lawyers.  Plenty of personal injury or medical malpractice attorneys also run their own pages. There is some good information about what constitutes failure to diagnose a condition on this page, if you live in NY State.
