How can I stop this stalker from trying to put harm on me and my family?

So I have this internet stalker named Dan who is just stalking me on yahoo answers and he is trying to get me in trouble with the law because he heard that I am engaged to a vietnamese girl from vietnam who is currently 16 years old. I'm just a vietnamese american guy who is having a hard time with girls and all I ever did was asked my parents and my aunt who lives in vietnam to lend me a helping hand by introducing me to some girls over there. I believe I have not done anything illegal because I am waiting for her to turn 18 years old to marry her and I have not gotten intimate with her at all. In fact I never even had gotten the chance to meet her yet but I hope I have a chance to meet her one day. The internet stalker named Dan is trying to get the vietnamese authorities in vietnam to arrest me and my parents and my aunt if I happen to show up at a vietnam airport. He wants to get me and my relatives executed in vietnam just because my aunt is lending me a helping hand. I have not done anything illegal and he is trying to frame me for doing something illegal. I have not used any real information on yahoo answers and when I signed up for yahoo answers I used a fake name and a fake zip code to protect myself. I want to get a chance to fly to vietnam to visit my relatives and meet this girl and this stalker is scaring the heck out of me. What should I do to protect myself so that this stalker can't get any information about me ??? Do you think what I am doing is legal and that I'm doing the right thing ?? Can you please help me out ?? I am so scared for my family and my relative's safety because this guy is trying to black mail us.

well i would just lay low for a while.. i wouldnt use facebook or any type of social website even yahoo anwsers for a couple of weeks! if he continues, you need to get involved with the authorities and get a restraining order so he can have no contact with you.

Patrick, if you feel like he is going to harm you and your family, call the police! No one should ever have to go through life afraid and black mailed. No, you have not done anything illegal. You shouldn't be scared, call the police!
