So how can one request an injunction in france to stop a stalker in the family?

Postby dickens93 » Mon Oct 31, 2011 11:20 am

Been trying to help a victim here who believes he s¡is helpless because every time he contacts the police his father in law who happens to be int he army shows up and turns stories around in his favor as if its a bilingual miss interpretation.

My mate has been stalked by anti semites, called a dirty jew, dirty people, he already has several kids with his wife who's father does not recognize her husband and her as a couple., i advised them to get a restraining order which showed restrain on both sides equally, assuming her father will respect that it applies to everyone side but after she suggested it her father said he will fight it in court, is not a injunction something provided by the court based on this behavior to cure such types of harassment, everyone i asked in france so far claims xenophobia is a norm. eh

You've asked this question before.

Your victim's next step to to instruct a French lawyer. You can ask all the questions you like on here, but unless he pitches up at a lawyer's office, in france, it's a bit of a waste of time - non?
