You will need to consult a lawyer but keep in mind that slander is only applicable if it damages your reputation, is untrue, and is not patently unbelievable.

Unless she is saying things that will do irrepairable damage to your reputation or business then what's the point of spending thousands of dollars for legal fees in order to sue her? She is likely just a bitter ex wife who is going around bad mouthing you and if that is the case I'd just ignore her. Most people wouldn't believe what she is saying in that case anyway.

All you have to do is prove that she has materially affected your standing in the community such that it has negatively impacted you financially.

If it hasn't cost you anything , a job , customers , clients etc. you have no case.

You can't sue for slander just because it makes you mad.

Slander is one of the toughest types of cases to win. It is extremely difficult to prove slander. Forget about it. What do you think you will get out of it? A little money? Some type of satisfaction? She won't go to jail. And if you don't win, you still have to pay.
Just put it behind you and move on.

Don't bother, slander is common in divorce situations and the courts does not usually pay much attention to them.

Get on with your life and be happy.

Ignore her and those who believe her, that is the best revenge.
