Delaware is one of the biggest corporate state tax havens in the U.S. and Biden has done nothing to change the laws. Corporations in Delaware do not pay any tax on income from intangibles so what they do is set up subs that they pay millions in royalties to. That way they remove all income from their home based state.

Kind of hypocritical on Obama's part isn't it?

Not at all. He is a Senator, not the Governor, or a state legislator. That means he concentrates on national agendas, not state agendas. I've got news for you. NEWS FLASH: Most big corporations pay no taxes thru loopholes. Obama merely wants to close these loopholes and make corporations pay thier fair share. Thereby allowing him to give tax breaks to 95% of Americans. Mccain says it will be a tax increase, and it will - - - on him, not on you or me. Remember, Mccain says anyone making 5 million dollars or less is middle class. McBush is far from middle class.

Let me just answer by your question. Biden was never Govenor of Delaware. How can McCain say that he's for keeping the Bush tax cuts and not starting a troop pullout. It is unethical and unrealistic to let the top 1% income earners have a tax break and pay for a war at the same time.
