How can you fight Perjury in Calif. Family Law Courts?

I filed OSC "Why Plaintiff should not be held in contempt for making false statements under oath", properly served, due process performed, he did not show up, did not rebut, and my OSC was denied. (His attorney was there at court). I am Propria Persona. I am trying to figure out the appeal process.
