How could I get this ice cream machine manufactured/replicated?

I want to replicate this ice cream machine:

It cannot be bought anywhere, so I'm guessing that the company is not selling the machine. It probably doesn't even have a patent. I think that I would have enough money (a few million in my account), to start a company that sold the ice cream machine. The item a great idea but can't be purchased, I would have to somehow have a factory in China replicate it. How would I go about doing so?

If the machine is patented, your company would be sued for all of its assets on copyright grounds, and it would be legally shut down.
I just went to the company- Ice Cream Depot and it said "The company has developed and patented several unique technologies that have allowed the creation of the SX400 and SX900."
This is the machine in the video, which is patented. It is illegal to make a machine like this
