How Do I Clean Off My Macbook So I Can Sell It? I Want To Remove All Files, Extra Software And Personal Info.

I think the best thing you can do is format the system(yes, like Windows!). With it, you will be sure your system will be completly free of your stuff ;)

In the installer you will have the option to erase and install new system. If you want to go further for safety, when you have the install disk booted, open disk utility and choose erase, there will some options for a more secure erase, then you can install the OS fresh for the buyer.

Very easy! Boot from your system restore disk or install OS X disk In the installer you will have the option to erase and install new system.
