How do I collect wages owed when the main office is in a different state?

I have worked for a company based out PA for the past 4months ( I am in FL) and when it comes to payroll it is always an issue, whether be the hours on my time sheet or as they always say the check is in the mail..I am hoping someone out there can help with some knowledge of the Labor Laws in the state of FL and PA

I had a similar situation,you need to be persistent and call everyday and ask if your check was mailed if not ask for the manager and then his manager and his manger and so on. Call so much that they just pay you to shut up. It worked for me! This wasn't time share was it??
