How do I do a reverse look up on an email saying to be from a law firm?

I keep getting an email that's supposedly from an online law firm but I firmly believe due to it's content it is actually my ex trying to harrass me. How do I not only prove it to be a fake, but prove he's committing fraud by pretending to be a law firm?

There are no reliable email locators. The paid ones are a waste of time.

No law firm uses a free email address. They have their email sent thru their website.

Just ignore the emails. Or block them.

The fact he is contacting you from a Yahoo address is proof enough. You can also contact the state bar association and they'll tell you if the law firm exists or not
