How do i file a motion to vacate a guilty plea for traffic court in new york state?

I plead guilty to a speeding ticket but was not aware of the fine, surcharges and points attached to this ticket. I have not paid the fine and fees yet and the court clerk indicated that I could file a motion with the court to vacate the guilty plea and get the ticket put back on the calendar for trial.

I want to do this on my own, without an attorney.

You think you want to do this on your own, but you actually don't. Since you don't even know how to file a motion, there are a hundred other things you don't know how to do in handling this case that a lawyer will. Get a lawyer.
