How do i forget my boyfriend did this.?

My boyfrriend and I had been together 1 yr7mths and I found out he cheated on me when I went out of town with his co worker. I wanted nothing to do with him but we talked it out and he seemed like he loved me in a hole new way. On my birthday he got promise rings we both wear me on the right and he wears his on the left. We moved in with eachother on the 15 of febuary and as we were moving his co worker showed up yelling he was with her on valentines day. Well I was with him that morning but had work and school as he did. And we were moving in the next day. She then kept slandering me while he was trying to protect me. She finally left and I had started to walk home wanting nothiing to do with this drama. Next thing you know he's running after me and holds me and starts crying. Saying she's a liar and he loves me and only wants me. So u can imagine the tears that night its been a month now an I can't wait to come home and see my man he rushes to the front door to kiss me when I coook he is in the kitchen with his arms around me. Every morning he rubs my back and tells me he loves me and I get a text a hour later telling me good morning. Sine the drama his family has become a part of our lifes and mine as well .m is this a rare case of what doesn't break u makes u stronger or should I need to check up on him all the time. I forgive and love him but how do u forget?

You'll just have to trust him....he sounds like he was truly sorry and I think he's a good guy....it seems like he has changed, if you really trust him you won't ever think about what happened that day...and I hope it really works out for you....you have a good man!!

sadly its hard to fully forget. just try as hard as you can not to think about it, and tell yourself he is only human and we all make mistakes. the important thing is he regrets it, and wants to share his life with you. let go of his mistake - and focus on the future that only looks bright for both of you

The prob is you don't really ever forget. The only way to really move on is for him to show he can be trusted. He shows he loves you by all the rubbing and holding. But he's going to have to show he is trust worthy when you're not around. To do that keep tabs for a bit then slowly do so less n less. Let him know why you're doing this so he understands and it doesn't cause a fight.
