Me and my fiance run a small cleaning. Business And we are in the process of getting licensed. And were also looking to get insured but we don't know how to go about doing it an apt complex wants to hire US but we need $500,000 combined single limit of liability. For bodily injury and property damage
comprehensive coverage including
personal injury
blanket contractual coverage
employees as additional insured's
completed operations/products
xcu coverage
could you please give me advice on what all this means and how much it will cost me

Now, if you got your home and auto insurance online you may have to resort to the Yellow pages. I would suggest an independent agent that represents mote than one company. I am guessing you are looking at an annual premium of $1,000 to $1500.
