Tell the school. If an elementary school notices child abuse, they will call the cops. For some reason I think they listen to schools more than an individual person.

Go to the father and sit him down and talk to him.

Tell him that you understand that this girl is bothering him, and he would rather just be with his son. Tell him you wish to adopt her from him. You must use all your mental power and try very hard to manipulate him.

Apart from that, you need to go to the police and sit down and have a chat with them and ask why is nothing being done. You cannot approach them aggressively, but act like you are both on the same side. Which in fact you are. Sit down and talk to them. See what they can do... and why nothing is being done,

Even if I were you, I would f*ck him and pretend to be his lover... I know its really manipulative and crazy - but let me tell you something.....

I read a book about this it has two other books with it .ts called A Child Called It ,The Lost Boy & A
Man Named Dave. But to get back to the subject tell the school they would ask her questions. If they don't listen tell the school nurse if she is nice she will help. she will ask the child questions,tell the principle and they will have to call the police. After this the police will inform the parents that they will take her to child service care . they will take her to an adoption home and she will stay in good hands till she is 18 and ready to live by her self. Keep calling, maybe even get the school's social worker involved.

Start a petition. It can be both online on change.org or you can hold like a stand to get as many signatures as possible. If many people contribute then maybe the police and the law will deal with it. Tell the police how important it is, that she needs education and proper parents.

Sadly theres not much you can do, I mean you've called the police and children services in, and neither has stepped in to stop her father.

The 5 year old is desepertley looking for a safe place, something or someone to latch onto to escape the abuse. I know it may not seem like much but you can be her safety net- Give her your number and tell her whenever she gets scared she can call you, she can come over whenever she wants, if she needs a safe bed to sleep in at night allow her to come over. It may not stop the abuse but you'll be making a huge difference in this girls life, you'll be saving her on so many levels.

Try to help but stay away from her psychopathic dad...trust me on this do something where you can report this with no one knowing but if that doesn't work someone has to listen .But really don't confront this guy because I know what he's like.
