How do I setup internet on my Samsung Blackjack 2 with Consumer Cellular?

I bought an unlocked samsung blackjack 2 a while ago and I have been trying to get the internet working for quite a while now. I have consumer cellular as my service provider and my plan has internet enabled and I have it enabled for my phone, the problem is I cannot get the right settings for the internet to work.

I have tried going to Settings > Connections > GPRS and adding my own profile but that hasn't worked. I used the settings consumer cellular provides on their support page here: http://www.consumercellular.com/Support/Knowledgebase

I do notice that there are already 3 profiles there named "AT&T IMS", "AT&T ISP", and "MEdia Net", but I cannot modify them because they are locked. I am thinking my phone is using them instead of the custom profile I created, but the problem is I cannot delete them.

Does any one have any ideas or experience with the problem I am having?
