How do you start a class action lawsuit against a phone company?

I am wanting to file a class action law suit against a mobile phone company for charges that were made when they should of never been and I believe they have done this to many other people. What are my options?

You retain a law firm that specializes in class action suits. They are not DIY.

get a lawyer, convince him that there is a good cause of action and a definable class, convince a judeg to certify the class and file the lawsuit.

You start with hiring a lawyer that will take your case. Then the lawyer does his thing, and if he thinks it should be a class action suit, he will know how to proceed.
