How many days does a tenant have to move out once a complaint lis pendens is filed with the county court?

Call the district court- they can tell you for sure cause laws have changed. my guess is 30 days but it is a guess

if you are not the owner and have a lease the bank must let you stay and you pay them the rent, if you are a month to month tenant you can contact the bank and pay the rent to them in most cases, if you are the owner you can stay in the house rent free until a judge says you must get out and in this state that is taking about 2 years
