Being an engineering major (electrical), I am considering going to law school in order to pursue patent law. While I obviously consider myself smart (will graduate with a BS in 3 years because of AP credits), I realize that everyone at law school will be comparable or smarter. From what I read, I worry that the time and stress would drive me insane. Also, are there opportunities (such as a TA) where you can receive free tuition in law school? Obviously it is costly, and my parents would pay for it since my undergrad is free due to good planning. However, 150K is still a of money to factor into consideration. Finally, should I get my MS in electrical engineering? It would take me an additional year. Would it boost my job prospects/salary after law school? Thanks so much far answering any of these questions, i really appreciate it
