How is arizona law making law enforcement responsible for determining the immigration status of illegal ones?

What do you think about this law?
How does this differ from racial profiling?
Is such a law constitutional? Will law enforcement see this law as a tool to help them prevent crime? What evidence exists that illegal immigrants as a group have a propensity to commit violent crime?

I tell you what if your illegal butt isn't suppose to be here then you don't have a thing to worry about.Anyone can say they are being racial profiled.I got stopped the other day for speeding(yes I was guilty) but the truck beside me had a load of junk hanging over the side of their trailer and a piece of crap car.But who got stopped the person that could pay the fine.They can stop that piece of crap everyday but you cant get money out of a turnip so why not go for the ones that can pay.Illegals think they are being profiled will fix the problem, got back to your birth country.Problem solved...

Illegals aliens have nothing to do with immigration.. In order for a person to be consider an immigrant he or she have to do it legally and need to be consider an immigrant by our government. Every state have the right to control who comes to their state. The groups that are in favor of illegal here in the USA have convinced the government of seen the illegals aliens as immigrants when they are not, they are violator of our laws..

I dont see what asking someone for their identification during a normal traffic stop has to do with racial profiling
