me and some friends started a home buisness kinda thing to help us pay for college and what we do is we make artwork and make music and layouts for profiles that people might have (you know youtube myspace and stuff) but the name of the business was taken i filed a trademark infringement (we have been doing this thing for a almost 2 years because we want college done and over with) but we cant really promote us with our videos showing our work if the account name is taken so i do i have a good chance? the account is blank no background or color inactive has no videos or icon
