How do you figure the supreme court is "conservative dominated"

There are 4 conservatives (Scalia, Thomas, Roberts, Alito), 4 liberals(Stevens, GInsberg, Breyer, Sotomayor) and Kennedy the swing vote who is more liberal than conservative.

There is nothing unconstitutional about the Az law which mirrors the fed law. That is the reason it will not be overturned

Don't hold your breath. The law is almost identical to existing federal laws. The difference is this one will actually be enforced.

Well, first they'd have to delete the federal law, because the Arizona law just requires law enforcement to uphold what's already on the books.
