How long does the eviction process take in Morris county nj?

Where do people get this 90 day bs? If the dates work out right it takes 3 weeks. But because weekends can add days and you might have court it can take 5 weeks. 5 weeks would be the longest unless the landlord is messing it up.

NO eviction takes 90 days. Not sure where that guy came up with his numbers, sounds like he might have been guessing just to get the 2 points. LOL

The landlord will first file a 3 day notice to pay or quit (if you haven't paid rent) then if you do not come to a mutually agreeable arrangement, they will then go after the 3 days and file eviction papers with the court, get a court date (that can be within the next week maybe 2) show up for court, get the unlawful detainer and bring the law to move you and your belongings out. The longest this may take is 4 to 6 weeks. Just depends on how many cases are in front of you.

I wouldn't count on 90 days though! LOL Start looking for a place ASAP.

90 days is wrong. It's more like 2-4 weeks.
