Pro se cases often do not get each day in courtroom, not since the documents were not completed properly, but since a lawyer wouldn't consider the situation -- for moral concerns. Pro bono cases cost similarly poorly, since the customer did not have confidence in his case enough to employ competent lawyer with no one otherwise might consider the situation. One in three legal circumstances is likely to be ignored, but Section Attorneys, Prosecutors, and Courtroom Referees, provide legal cases to courtroom plus they could make their costs "stick."
