Workers Comp is an insurance policy that all employers with a certain number of employees are required to carry and the employee does not contribute to it at all. If your employer is deducting workers comp from you they are doing it illegally and you should demand a refund.}{

it is illegal in all states for employees to contribute to workers comp, it is a cost of doing business that the employer is required to pay
