How much points are fail to stop exiting alley and fail to yield?

I live in Detroit, Michigan and I failed to stop exiting an alley and failed to yield.

I don't know what the difference between these two are, but what are the points for them? How much are they?

P.S. These are his remarks he wrote on the ticket:

pulled out of alley without stopping in front of (something, can't read it) traffic.
