How should I set up my online clothing business?

I am starting a smal online shoe store. I am based in Florida, it is just me running it and I will have no employees. How should I set up? A corporation? LLC? Also, does my own state tax laws apply in selling online?

Use the same trick wht you are doing for your shoe store for taxes consult with any consultancy
