How to approach my boss about labor laws?

Okay, so in my state it is illegal for minors to work past ten o'clock. The boss at my new job is asking for me to stay till past 11 o'clock which is illegal, and I don't have my own car which is very inconvient for my mother to come and pick me up this late. My boss it at fault. How should I approach her without risking getting fired?
