How to get out of "resisting arrest" after resisting arrest for doing nothing?

Postby darvell » Sun Jul 08, 2012 3:06 am

Hey guys, I was just wondering something. In a hypothetical situation, let say I was arrested for doing nothing, no criminal record, background, no warrants or anything and revolted against the arrest. The cop then charge me with "resisting arrest" but it doesn't make any sense had they arrested for me nothing earlier, and now I am charge with resisting an unnecessary arrest.

I've seen a lot of cops busting innocent people like this, and after they resisted the arrests they were then charged with resisting arrests and that was the only thing they charged them with. What the hell is this sh*t? How can you get out of this unnecessary arrests?

And what law can I slam the cops with for searching my house without a warrant and trespassing my private property? Like c'mon, America doesn't follow the Bill Of Rights anymore you know. No rights in America and sh*t. My brother was held up in the pen few days back for having a stun gun and binoculars in the cars. They told him BOTH of these items were illegal, which is bullshit because we have the manufacturer code and papers for it. Like seriously, BINOCULARS IS ILLEGAL IN SAN JOSE CALIFORNIA LOL. So yeah...

It doesn't matter. You would not be placed under arrest or detained unless they have good REASON to. And if they have good reason to, then they can. And, if you resist, then you can be charged with resisting arrest. It is independent of any other charges or not.

Honestly i have never known anyone who has been arrested and they didn't deserve to be. I have never personally had run in with the cops and i believe that has a lot to do with the fact that i don't do anything that would get me arrested. Not saying it cant happen because there is corruption and i suppose if officers of the law wanted to they could possibly get away with it.

Better to stick to reality then hypothetical, if you are truly clean and have done nothing wrong there is a pretty good chance you will stay out of trouble.
