Can you help me with legal issues? Marijuana and resisting arrest amongst other things...North Carolina...?

This is going to be a long one, if you read if and answer me, I appreciate it.

On February 14th of 2012 the police were called to my residence, by my mother, yes she's a *****.

My little brother got drunk and also has a bladder control issue, someone

was in the bathroom and he pissed on the door. My mom called the cops. We are

both of legal drinking age, but she said it was "destruction of private property".

The police showed up and walked right INTO THE HOUSE! No knock, no "hi, it's the police", just

walked right in.

They then spoke to my little brother through the window of his room and he took off

running and got away.

I ran out the other side door after him to yell for him to get back here, since the

cops were here.

I saw police running around the side of the house and I FROZE in my tracks and put both

hands above my head.

I was put on the ground HARD and cuffed at that point, where they found a 1/2 ounce of marijuana

in my pocket, my fault, I take full responsibility for that.

What I have a problem with is that I am being charged with;

Possession up to 1/2 ounce (my fault)

Resisting arrest (didn't do it, was standing still with hands above my head)

Interfering with a 911 communication (didn't do it, my little brother took the phone from my dad, not me)

Two counts of paraphernalia (found in a room that wasn't even mine, not my bowl or grinder)

The DA is not trying to cut me a deal.

I do NOT have the cleanest record, I have been arrested before for;

Marijuana (dropped)

Felony B&E and Felony Larceny (when I was younger, did 200 hours community service and 1 year probation, with no trouble)

I can't get a break here.

I am now 25 and have straightened up entirely, I no longer smoke weed or do anything illegal.

This is going to go to trial, my mom unfortunately hates me and my dad loves me. My mom

said she won't stop until I go to prison (she is mentally ill, no joke, she is very ill)

I need some help.

How can I get this taken care of so I don't go to prison?

I am now in college, making straight A's, working a job at a shop (mechanic) and have clean piss.

I don't know what to do.

I don't feel that my lawyer has my best interest at heart.

The point is, they came in without knocking or announcing themselves, they seized paraphernalia

in another person's room that I was charged with, and I am charged with the 911 communication

thing that I had NOTHING to do with.

The ONLY thing I did wrong that night was smoke marijuana, yes I was wrong, but do I deserve to

do prison time for smoking weed when I have quit smoking and am obeying the law?
