How to get rights over my project.?

I want to protect my web site dont know what to use. So am going to the part with what I want. I want to protect my idea at first, after that i want to protect its design and some phrases the logo and everything that I can. Also need to know how to make a valid in court contract as a third party, so if one of the other two parties breaks it the contract can be 100% valid so the agreement and I can gain profits from the breaking it. As an example lets say that peson1 signs a contract with person2 that p1 is going to sell 5boxes of apples each month for a year to p2 and I am charging p1 for finding the p2 and making the contract and being a witnes for the deal. And the p1 refuses to pay p2 and that affects me and either I or p2 wants to take p1 to court so both of us to gain our money with a little benefit. How can i do that do I have to go consult with a lawyer or something else? And I think that i have to mention that I am new to the uk and not very familiar with the laws here, so I would like some resources to read that are related to my care. Thanks in advance and hope that someone will point of the right direction.
