How to handle my ex wife?

Our divorce was finalized last year. I became disabled right after the divorce was finalized.

My ex has served me papers stating I am physically and mentally unable to take care of my kids.

I have letters from my physical and mental therapist saying I am able to take care of my me and the kids. Even the kids therapist who has seen me in my home says he sees no problem having my kids in my house.

I have 35% custody she wants to cut it down to 15%. With supervised visits.

She also claims I don't care about 3 of there medical problems. She has stopped given one of them his asthma meds. One of them were diagnosed with psychophrenia. She has refused to get a second opinion that I want. The other child is on meds that I asked the doctor when should we taper off the meds. He said now. She got mad and told the doctor not to listen to me and she keeping him on the full dosage.

She has also harrased me and threatened me in emails.

I cannot afford an attorney. I found out through legal aid they can't help me but they told me about free legal clinics that could help me.

Can I ask for her to get a full mental evaluation. Most of the kids are in tears when I haveto send them back.

All I want is 50% custody since I am home now. I know courts favors mothers.

If I have therapists stating I can be with the kids and neighbors stating I am a great father and there needs to be more fathers like me. Also with her harrasing me.

Some people has said I still need an atorney others said I have so much evidence I dont need an attorney.

My oldest child who is 11does not want to come over to my place and now is swearing at me using the same words my ex used years ago. I know my ex is filling his head about me.

What is my chances to get 50% or can I ask for more than 50%

u said your children are in tears when u send them back to your mother and at the same time your 11 y.o. does not want to visit u at all? i say cut the bull, take care of yourself, seems like u can not do even that. in which way are u disabled? mental?
