How to make an undesirable person to move out.?

There is a girl that lives in the same house. She has the habit to unplug my power cords from the kitchen. She has done three times already and I called the law on her and she said she wasn't going to do it again. She did it again yesterday. The Landlord said that she told him she wont do it again. I don't trust her. If I take the case to small claim court do I take the Landlord because he lives there, or would I take her to small claim court. The landlord is not going to do anything because she stay with another guy. Who should I really take to court?.

if you can't show any financial damages small claims court will not take a case
