How to remove a name from a title?

Years ago, myself and a girlfriend at the time bought together for her. Since we broke up two years ago, she left my state and left for New Jersey somewhere with the car. I had to pay off the car and now that its paid off, I want to get her name off the title but is no where to found. I already took her to court over this years ago and she was ordered to return the car but never did. So now I want to remove her name off the title so I can get a repo company to locate and take the car for me. How can I do that? Im sure ill have to go to court but go to court asking for what and if its considered a small claims
