How to sell a menu that i set up to make money?

well i have set up a menu that i think can get people very interested in trying, and i am sure poeple will love it. i live in Canada so it's a new Canadian meal i am planning on advertising it so i'll get the word out. if you were me, how would you do to make this product known in order to benefit from it.
do you think that if i sell this meal under macdonald's brand, (almost like if i sell my patent of this new meal to macdonald or other alike companies, do you think it will be easier)
