what are the steps to follow for class action suit against "yasmin" birth controll company.

I am trying to find out the same thing. Obviously they know there is a problem if the European countries are no longer allowing Yasmin. The websites that I have seen today state that there is a higher risk for blood clots. I ended up with 20-25 in EACH lung after only 2 months of use. I will update this if I find any further info.

Hi, I had a stroke because I was taking Yasmin pills. I was 28 years old when I had it (today I'm 30). I also would like to sue them. Please let me know where will I contact you and browneyes.

class action means that there are other people involved
in the lawsuit beside you.

I would go to their site and see if any info is listed about
a class action lawsuit there.

See if they have an 800 number and see if you can get
any info that way.

Call some attorneys offices and see if you can get some
free info about how to get involved in a class action
lawsuit.

There may already be one, and all you have to do is
join in.

What was your issue? Girls tend to complain about the side effects, but all of them have been stated on the prescription. So, unless you had a severe problem that wasn't stated, and so did a bunch of other people, then you probably don't have a case.
